Drumroll pleaseeee - AR incoming!

First of, I just wanna say, AR is amazing!

Well, this app revolves around AR or Augmented Reality haha but anyway.

Earlier today, as we progress on building the NotesAR app, our developer (hi there), started working on improving the AR function for the app.

so previously, the only way that NotesAR users can use the app is with a card and the app relies on that card to anchor the 3D model to the real world.

But now, we are going cardless! Who needs cards anyway! Save trees!

So with NotesAR going cardless, that goes without saying that our AR function will not have any constant anchors anymore. Instead, it will use the surrounding environment as its anchor. With the power of ARCore and ARKit, that is possible.

So as I was saying earlier, with the new and improved AR function for NotesAR, you now get to make your own room into a lab! As I was testing it out earlier, I got to move the parts around the room. 1 segment goes to the edge of the room, another across the room, and etc. It is an amazing improvement if I may say so myself *pats my own back but can’t since I’m not flexible*
